About:

Gallifrey Dairy Goats is a small dairy goat stud registered with the DGSA, located Braidwood NSW, Australia. It is owned by Brianna-Lee McGovern with a focus on breeding Toggenburgs and Australian Brown dairy goats.

Established in 2016 by Brianna, at 15 years old with the help of her mother. Coming home with two Toggenburg kids from Banfield Park Dairy Goats, with the hopes to show and breed in the future. The Gallifrey team now successfully show all across NSW from small town local shows to bigger shows such as the Sydney Royal Easter Show, they have clocked up many kilometers of traveling across the state to show and promote dairy goats.

In recent years Brianna has Started a goats milk soap making business under the same name, attending markets in Western Sydney and the Southern Highlands.

What we do!

Showing

Showing is the biggest part of what we do, it is what got us into the world of Dairy Goats.

We attend dairy goat shows whenever we have the opportunity, from little local shows to the Royals we love to attend.

We love meeting new people and goat enthusiasts at every show we attend.

Breeding

Breeding goes hand in hand with showing, if you want to show you have to breed better every year. and that is our main goal when breeding - breed something better!

Structure and Milk playing the biggest roll for our breeding goals.

Soap

Soap making is the hobby from the hobby!
Starting originally for own personal use to prevent waste of excess milk we may have.

This then lead us into the world of soap making and selling.

We now attend a handful of markets each year in NSW and sell in person and now online through this website!

Gallifrey Poll Herefords

In 2024 we purchased our first Poll Hereford cow, Merton Park Quality Special Lady (AKA Quality), to start off our goal of a cattle breeding program. Quality has since calved a lovely heifer calf, Gallifrey Visiona Quality SL (AKA Viz) which brings our "stud" herd to two!
