Cumnock Show 2022

On Saturday the 26th of March 2022, we took a team to Cumnock show.


Saturday 26th March - Judge Michael Hately


We attended the 2022 Cumnock show with a team of 7 does, 2 Toggenburg Milkers, our Australian Brown Milker, 3 Toggenburg kids and our 50% Nigerian Dwarf kid as a nice practice show for our kids in preparation for Sydney Royal in the coming weeks. We had a very successful day to say the least!

Our Results for the day:

To start off the day, with the Best Prepared class, Gallifrey Cherry Cola received first place.

Gallifrey Jaala placed 1st in Toggenburg Milker and Gallifrey Averytrix placed second.

Gallifrey Star Anise once again receiving first place in Australian Brown Milker.

Gallifrey Averytrix also competed in best Udder 1st Lactation and proceeded to place 1st and was awarded overall best Udder.

In the Champion Senior doe line-up, Gallifrey Jaala received champion senior dairy doe and Gallifrey Averytrix received Reserve champion.

In the Toggenburg kid class, Gallifrey River Graces placed 1st, Gallifrey Uptatrix placing 2nd and finally Gallifrey Amaltheia placed 3rd.

Gallifrey Cherry Cola placed 1st in the Nigerian Dwarf kid class.

In the kid line-up Gallifrey River Graces received Champion doe kid and Gallifrey Cherry Cola received Reserve Champion.


Grand champion line held Gallifrey Jaala, Brykarie Alexey (Owned by Eliza Scott from EMS Dairy Goats.) and Gallifrey River graces, with Gallifrey Jaala receiving grand champion Dairy Goat and automatically also being awarded Best of breed Toggenburg.

Gallifrey Star Anise was awarded best of breed Australian Brown and Gallifrey Cherry Cola awarded best of breed Nigerian Dwarf.

Group classes, Gallifrey Jaala & Gallifrey Amaltheia received 1st Dam & Daughter and Gallifrey Averytrix received 2nd with her daughter Gallifrey Uptatrix.

Gallifrey River Graces and Gallifrey Uptatrix represented Down Udder Lucas in the sires Progeny class, receiving 1st place.

The Gallifrey team was also awarded Most Successful Exhibitor.
