Mudgee Show 2022

On Saturday the 5th March 2022, We took a small team of goats to Mudgee Show.

We took a small team of Toggenburg Goat Kids, our 50% Nigerian Dwarf goat kid and our Australian Brown Milker, Opting to leave our Toggenburg milkers at home to relax this time around with Sydney not too far away, but the kids still needed more practice!

To start off the day, with the Best Prepared class, Gallifrey Cherry Cola received first place.

Gallifrey Star Anise once again receiving first place in Australian Brown Milker and being Awarded Best of Breed Australian Brown.

In the kid Classes Gallifrey Uptatrix was awarded 4th place, in the Toggenburg class and Gallifrey Cherry Cola placing First in the Nigerian Doe Kid class, both receiving lovely comments from the judge.

Our Down Udder Lucas Sires Progeny group placed first this time round

Overall coming home with 4x Firsts and a Best Of Breed Australian Brown. Once again a lovely day out with our goats and enjoyed seeing new faces learning about showing and lots of youth who were very interesting in learning about the goats.
